Welcome to SEAFARER SUPPLY. This website is owned and operated by SEAFARER SUPPLY. When you choose to purchase our product/s you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
PRIVACY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of SEAFARER SUPPLY.
SECURITY
SEAFARER SUPPLY does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor eWay. eWay is linked to our bank's merchant account.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. SEAFARER SUPPLY reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
ORDERING
You have a few options when it comes to ordering any of SEAFARER SUPPLY'S products. They are:
Option 1 - Ordering Online
This is the most popular and efficient way to order. Once you have made your selection, simply proceed through our checkout steps, where your payment will be transacted instantly upon clicking the MAKE PAYMENT button. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all your information is securely transferred through a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection provided by E-Gate.
After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Option 2 - Email
Orders can be submitted via email. Simply email info@seafarersupply.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Direct Deposit. For these options, you will need to enter info@seafarersupply.com.au to proceed. Orders will be dispatched once your payment has been confirmed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
At SEAFARER SUPPLY we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Shipping within Australia
- Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs.
- Postage within Australia is a reduced flat rate of $5.95.
- Order are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping Internationally
- Orders will be dispatched within 5 workings days of placement.
- Order are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier.
- Generally orders will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
- Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.
International shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis. Please email info@seafarersupply.com.au for a quote.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@seafarersupply.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you.
Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
DUTIES & TAXES
At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. If your purchase is shipped to an Australian address, GST will be included in the purchase price. Items shipped overseas will be exclusive of GST. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. As SEAFARER SUPPLY is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, SEAFARER SUPPLY will contact you prior to order dispatch. Please respond to this e-mail promptly to ensure a timely dispatch of your order.
MISPLACED ORDERS
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us on info@seafarersupply.com.au and we will track it for you.
