SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $7.75 for orders posted Australia Wide.

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and should arrive at your specified destination within 5 - 7 days sometimes earlier. Your order is posted from Tweed Heads South NSW.

Carriers
We use Sendle for all our parcels. Sendle is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and Australia's first certified Technology B Corporation. Your parcel receives a tracking number that we forward onto customers after purchases have been sent. 

For any urgent orders that require express delivery for overnight shipping, an extra charge will be added to cover costs.

Local Pick-Up
We are based in Tweed Heads NSW. If you are nearby and would like to collect to save on shipping costs. Please send an email with your order to info@seafarersupply.com.au. We will arrange a time to collect.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us by phone or email within 7 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange. 

Upon receipt of your email we will pass on a return address to post your item/s to.

 

Be sure to include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice. 


Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Exchanges
Sometimes it's ok to change your mind. If your product is in like new condition (i.e. still in original packaging, unused and not altered in any way), you may exchange your product for a different style or color. Please note though that you will still be subject to a shipping fee for your exchange.
